Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
- Screening and Selection:
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
- Develop personalized communication strategies to enhance candidate experience and promote employer branding.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and priorities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback sessions, and hiring decisions in a timely manner.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Generate reports and insights to support talent acquisition initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
